By purchasing on our site it will be understood that you accept our terms and conditions.
Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you have seven days if you wish to return it. If so then you can either arrange to return it to us yourself or if required we can arrange to collect the mattress for a small charge of £49 which will be deducted from your refund.
Whichever of the above you choose please be aware that all items must be returned in their original packaging. Items that are not adequately packed at the time of collection may not be collected and charge of £49 may be applied to cover the cost of any failed collection attempt.
Refunds will be issued direct back to your card within 28 days of collection after which the goods have been inspected at our distribution centre for any damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund if items are returned damaged after they have been signed for as of merchantable quality at the point of delivery.
Mattresses and Divan Sets can only be returned if they are unopened and have not been slept on, due to obvious hygiene implications. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it in its cover until you are sure you are satisfied with it.
Free Delivery
All complete orders over the total value of £299.00 are delivered free to mainland UK. All orders under this amount have a small delivery charge of £29.00. The only exception to the above is if you are living in an area with postcodes starting with AB / PA / PH / IV / KW / DD / ZE / DD / ZE / HS where there will be a small additional charge which you will be advised of prior to your order being processed and accepted.
Limitation of Liability
We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will not be liable, in contract, (including, without limitation, negligence [whether caused by us or our agents ] or any other duty at common law), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or any implied warranty condition or under the express warranty terms of the contract or otherwise out of or in connection with the conditions for: any economic (including consequential) losses or damage (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or any costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delay or non-delivery by reason of but not limited to lock-outs, strikes, riots, malicious damage, labour disturbances, trade disputes, government action, (including action by any local or statutory authority), fire, floods, vehicle breakdown, acts of God, delays by suppliers or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control.
Delivery
Deliveries are made by a National carrier .All deliveries will be made to your doorstep (should you live in a block of flats then delivery will be made to the first door of the building). We shall not be held responsible should you dispose of your current mattress before our delivery and recommend that old mattresses/divans should not be disposed of until after we have delivered your order.
